As your garment is a hand made product, please allow 1-10 business days (most orders are shipped in 3 business days) for your order to be shipped.

For your peace of mind, we will always  email you when your order is shipped. You can also see progress in your account when your order is at pick, pack and dispatched stages.
Small orders are usually sent via Australia Post. Larger orders are shipped via Fastway, Australian Air Express or TNT couriers. This service is fully traceable & reaches most destinations in 2-3 working days.

The security of your personal information is important to us. Our site, & therefore your personal information, is protected by the highest industry-standard 128bit SSL encryption.
At the shopping cart, we have several ways you can pay-

1. Stripe- a convenient way to pay using your credit or debit card.

2. PayPal- you may pay with your debit/credit card through PayPal (no need to have a PayPal account) or paying direct from your PayPal account.

3. Direct deposit- straight from your bank to ours! On finalising your order, an email will be sent to you with bank details for payment. Simply enter your order number as payment reference & send us an email with this receipt, for speedier dispatch.

4. Afterpay- pay off your Lahay order over several easy interest-free payments, using your credit/debit card. An Afterpay account can be set up through our site, simply by selecting Afterpay as your payment method & follow the prompts from there..

Because we are using the PayPal, Stripe & Afterpay gateways, we here at Lahay, never see your credit card details, for that extra peace of mind.

As we manufacture all our garments here onsite, using quality Australian made fabrics, we are confident you will be impressed with our quality.
If for any reason you are not, please return the garment(s) to us within 7 days. Please note that we will not accept any garment that has been washed or worn and the customer pays for return shipping.
Where possible, we try to provide lots of photos & detailed product descriptions on our website, to help with your purchasing.
Please choose your order carefully, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind or just because the garment wasn't quite what you thought it was.
If unsure of a product, please order just one for your first order, to make sure the product is exactly what you are wanting.

PLEASE NOTE custom orders or orders where the hem length etc. has been adjusted, can not be refunded or exchanged.

Care of Your Garment
All garments come to you with washing instructions attached. For your garment to stay in its optimum shape & colour, we recommend you adhere to these instructions!
As busy, working people ourselves, we have tried to keep most washing instructions to a minimum- in most cases, washing will be in warm, gentle wash cycle.
If washed in this cycle & hung out promptly & correctly, most garments won't need an iron.
