Returns and Exchanges
As we manufacture all our garments here onsite, using quality fabrics, we are confident you will be impressed with our quality!
If for any reason you are not or would like to exchange for another size, please return the garment(s) to us within 7 days of receiving. Please note that we will not accept any garment that has been washed or worn and the customer pays for return shipping.
**** We MUST be notified when a return/exchange is sent back, with a tracking number provided to us. This is neccessary as we don't have delivery of Australia Post parcels and will need to pick up these items from our local post office.****
In the event of a return, please note that only the value of the garment is refunded, not shipping costs.
Where possible, we try to provide lots of photos & detailed product descriptions on our website, to help with your purchasing.
Please choose your order carefully, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind or just because the garment wasn't quite what you thought it was.
If unsure of a product, please order just one for your first order, to make sure the product is exactly what you are wanting- we are a small business and would love to reduce the amount of stock we have on hand!
PLEASE NOTE custom orders, briefs, sale items or orders where the hem length etc. has been adjusted, can not be refunded or exchanged.
